Every bunkie is designed to make the most of the space while staying strong and looking good. We offer a variety of layouts, finishes, and options so it fits your property and how you plan to use it. From preparing the foundation to the final installation, we handle every step with care, making sure it’s built to code, properly insulated, and finished right.

Standard features include:

  • Stamped spruce lumber framing.
  • Choice of coloured tin roofing with colour-matched tin screws.
  • Pressure-treated skis.
  • Tongue and groove plywood flooring installed with flooring screws.
  • Three single-pane, screened windows included.
  • Single-person pine door, and (or) double pine doors.
  • House wrap included for added protection against the elements.
  • 4-foot porch or deck for added outdoor space.
